Marinade 300 gram of diced gem fish in 1 teaspoon full of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, chopped basil, and one crushed garlic, for a few minutes while preparing capsicum and mushroom pieces.
Insert the pieces of mushroom, capsicum fish and cherry tomatoes on four skewers and baste with the remains of the marinade mix.
Grill for five minutes each side or until the fish is cooked.
