Be active, Stay Fit and Interested in Life, as a Senior.
I LOVE being a gray nomad. Although I work in my hobby business of writing and painting I can plan my own work hours and at the drop of a hat, take time out to spend close to nature.
I know I am a gray senior when one of my daughters invites me to one of those midlife milestone birthday parties. I am wondering what I can give a son in law to mark a very special 40th birthday.
I am trying to think what to give this time. They want the garden to be pretty and full of flowers for the party so I might raise some seedlings in pot plants and take them down on the morning of the party and set them all out wherever there is a gap in the garden bed. I love working in the garden when home and exploring billabong banks and riverside walks like this when away and these are great easy exercises for a senior to keep up.
FREE camping site beside the Broken River between Banalla and Shepparton.
There were some lovely walks around a billabong and beside the Broken River at this location and I imagine when the water drops, this might be a great [place to not only camp free but to also catch a free fish dinner.
